Ritual Earth Music I: ADAD: Program Notes

<-- Back

Ritual Earth Music I: ADAD is an expression of the apparently dual nature of ADAD, a Mesopotamian god of storms and plentiful crops. The opening is a fearful prayer to the storm. This is followed by the storm's arrival viewed from many different psychological perspectives. The closing is a hymn of gratitude.
